[Tutorial] How to use Clip Studio Assets
What is Clip Studio Assets?
This is a new free service from Clip Studio! It allows artists to share brushes, patterns, 3d models, gradients, materials they have created publically. Clip Studio Paint users can easily download and install assets for use in their projects. At the time of writing (Jan. 2017) assets are mostly labeled in Japanese, so this is a guide for English speaking users (US, Canada, UK, AU) who might be a little confused.
Get started using Assets!
1. First, let's make sure Clip Studio is updated to Ver 1.6.2 or higher.
Check what version you have by going to Help > About
If you need to update go to http://www.clipstudio.net/en/dl
2. Open Clip Studio Assets. There's a few different ways to do this but I suggest going to Window > Material > Material [Download]

To submit, please keep in mind that your work must be created in part or completely in Manga Studio/Clip Studio Paint. Make sure before you submit that you put a note in your comics that you used Manga Studio/Clip Studio Paint in your piece's description.
The galleries are divided by genre. Please put your comic in the folder that best describes your comic. Work that is submitted to the wrong folder will be rejected. If there is not a folder for your genre, post a comment and we will make one for you. ^_^
